Location: Delaware Raritan Canal State Park (Griggstown, NJ)
Subject: This painting is one in a series of 3 focusing on the canal’s wildlife, trees plants and waterways that I composited from several of my photographs. I enjoy biking and exercising regularly along the canal and frequently spot uncommon and migratory birds, turtles, snakes and frogs. The stony dirt paths, marshy areas and forests are the stage for an ever changing landscape of pleasure.
