Holds

Art Euphoria reserves the right to cancel a customer hold if the customer puts an artwork on hold, but does not follow through with the remaining steps in a reasonable period of time.

Payments

Art Euphoria accepts payment by cash, check, or credit card via PayPal. Payments by check require a 10-day waiting period until the check clears before we ship or deliver your purchase.

Sales contract

All sales are contingent upon Art Euphoria’s receipt of a signed sales contract stating the terms and conditions of the sale. We will send you the sales contract after you indicate an interest in buying artwork, either from our website or a verbal order. A copy of our sales contract can be downloaded for your inspection.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Art Euphoria you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. The item returned must be in undamaged condition and should be packed in the original shipping container. All returns must be initiated within five days of your receipt of the order by emailing [email protected] or calling 609-228-0577.

Delivery/Shipping

Art Euphoria offers free delivery and professional installation (drywall only) to home and business addresses in central New Jersey.

For customers outside of our delivery area Art Euphoria’s standard shipping method is Federal Express 2-day. We will insure the package for the purchase price and ship with signature confirmation required at your end. Please inspect your package for damage before accepting it from the carrier. New Jersey law requires us to charge 6.625% sales tax on all orders shipped or delivered to addresses within the state of New Jersey. Both the artworks and shipping are taxable. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of New Jersey.
